I have been working for more than 2 years in the US after my MS. My wife is preparing to apply for an H4 visa in the next month. She has 2 rejections for the F1 visa category within the last 6 months for the same reason - 214b(no intent to return). We got married a week before her first F1 visa attempt, which we think resulted in her rejection. Now we don't want to risk applying for the same category and aiming for H4. What to expect during the H4 visa interview now, considering the above background. Also, how should we answer questions like
1. What will you do after going there?
2. Are you continuing your MS plans?
