to my understanding applying for a visa for an 18 months old baby can be done through post(tel aviv embassy)
the father of the baby is a tourist visa holder, and the mother is not. to my understanding what needs to be done is to send a copy of the father's visa and 3 last paystubs for the mother. the question is: the mother's paystubs are relatively low. she doesnt intend to apply for a tourist visa, but the question is whether her low salarty can damage the baby's chance of getting approved.
