I applied for the first H1B on 11/98. Since then I have been working with different companies with different H1B.
I believe the last lawyer screwed my application when he applied for the H1B. For some reason, they gave H1B visa till June 06. Now I am scared that when I apply for one year extension they will reject me. Is there any possibility that I will be able to apply for H1B extension when it expires on June 06?
