I am applying for the 7th year extension,My labour is pending for more than one and half years.
1.My job position changed from System Analyst to Software Developer. Now my lawer says she needs to file with new position. will that affect? will i get denied?
2. My labour was applied as system Analyst. Is it going to be inconsist when i file for 7th year with changed position?
Is this good thing should i apply my h1 with the old job title or new title?
