I have applied for 485 after my NIW (EB2) 140 was approved and recieved EAD cards a few month ago by lawyer # 1. I also filed for LC in 2004 which also got approved a few days ago through lawyer # 2. My lawyer suggests that I apply for 140 approval again based on LC "just in case" there is a problem with already filed 485. Is this leagal? Any information will be appreciated.
