I filed NIW-140 in November and am currently waiting for the descision. I am thinking while I am waiting for some action on this petition, may be I can file and EB1-EA.
Do you think its a good idea to do it now or should I just wait for the fate of NIW-140 and than try this option. Do u think its better to be safe with one thing in hand?
