Applying EAD for First Time

Hi!

I am on 7th year extension of H1-B. I applied my I-140 and I485 in sep 2003.
I travelled to india in jan 2004 and entered on advance parole.
Now I want to apply for EAD before my current H1-B expires(OCT 6 2004).

What should I write in EAD application in
Item #:14 > manner of entry and
Item #:15 > current immigration status

I would say that since you've used your AP to get in you'd list "AOS" as manner of entry and current status - send in front and back copies of your I-94 with the "AOS" stamp to show proof of your current status.

By manner of entry :- It must be PAROLLEE , since you used AP to enter.

Current Immigration STatus must also be PAROLLEE
