My brother-in-law had already applied once for them and was rejected with reason as 214b. He is a US citizen. It is more than a year now after rejection and he decided not to re-apply. Now i am planning to apply for them(I am GC holder). Could somebody please tell me if it is better that he applies for them again instead of me? Is chances of rejection more if i apply?
