Applying AP in person in SFO. Please Help !!!

I never applied for AP along with I485 at VSC. I have EAD card, which was approved 2 months back. Can I go to local San Francisco office and get the AP on same day. I have already booked my tickets to India. Which all documents are required for emergency AP? Any info in this matter is highly appreciated. Please post your experience.
 
I am in the same boat

I have not got my Advance Parole from Texas center. I have booked my tickets for India. How can I get Advance Parole from local INS office. Please help
