Applying AP from different service region

Hi,
My AP is already expired. My I-485 is filed with TSC and is still pending. Now I am living in Orange county, CA. Where should I file the application for AP renewal? At CSC[because currently I live here] or at TSC[ wheer I-485 is being 'processed'!] If anybody faced the same situation, please help me.

I do believe you have to file it at the place your 485 is pending. So, in your case it would be TSC. You might want to make sure that TSC did not transfer your case to CSC.

You have to apply to TX Service Center, because your 485 application is pending in Texas. If you 485 transfer to CA then you can apply in CA.

until today it looks like my application is still with TSC and not transferred to CSC. So, I will go ahead and send the AP application to TSC. Folks one more question. Do I need to attach the passport copies along with the application?
