Hi,Me & my daughter have GC. Her Indian passport is expired on nov 2005( 5 years validity). When i saw the new passport details, it says that we need to apply for a new passport for a minor child.
1. Do i need to send 'No obligation form' signed by both parents for applying a new passport?
2.My concern is that, due to my hubby's affair with other women, he wants to leave me & my daughter. he doesn't need her daughter also. He is not signing the form to apply for a new passport.
3. Can i submit the no obligation form signed by me, without his sign & as her father is not willing to sign? Whether consulate deny the process for passport?
4. We are not divorced & i haven't applied yet
if anybody have come across the situation, let me know your suggestions.
Please tell me what should i do now, as her passport is expired & i need to apply for the new one asap.
