I am a us citizen. I apply green card for my sister and her 1-year old boy (her husband does not want green card).
Right now, as far as I know, all I need is to file form I-130 for my sister and get a copy of her birth certificate.
My questions are:
1. Do we need any other documents, eg: her marriage license, proof of without any criminal history?
2. Do we need her boy's birth certificate right now? Or wait until 12 years later when she files I-485?
3. I-130 form application fee is $420, do I need to write a check of $420 or $840 for her and her boy?
