V Visas are only available to Spouces of PR who have filed before Dec-21-2000 and have waited atleast 3 years.
In your case, you are not eligiblie for V visa.....
If your parents have already made file petition (i-130), you have to wait for the immigrant visa to be available for you.....
If you already have and its still valid b1 visas, then you can come to US when you immigrant visa becomes available and apply for adjustment of status....
