Apply for TN Visa

I am a software professional and have my Canadian Citizenship. I am applying for jobs in US. Recently, I cleared an interview and would like to know the procedure for applying TN Visa. My employer does not have any idea about TN Visa. I would appreciate, if some one can let me know the procedure for applying TN Visa and the requirements for TN Visa. Is there anything specific that I need to get from the employer side.

It sounds like you'll be applying under the Systems Analyst category. You want to ensure you qualify as a Systems Analyst as well as ensuring the job meets the requirements under NAFTA.
