Along with other usual documents, I sent I-140 Receipt as Proof of eligibility for my H1B 7th yr extension.but, still I received RFE for my 7th year extension.
I was told that, copy of Approved Labor Certification is not needed, If I-140 receipt is included. but it seems, I need show that, 365 days or more have passed since the filing of a labor certification application, Form ETA -750. so, is it enough if I send a copy of the approved Labor Certification ?
