My husband is currently in L1 visa. He has been in US for the last 5 1/2 Yrs. But in these 5 1/2 yrs he stayed in india for 11 months. In this situation if we apply for H1 will it get approved or not?
Is it possible to apply Green card directly from L1? if yes, How it works and from when he can start to work and when it is possible for us to go to india for vacation. My friend told me that once we apply for GC, we will get labour with in 2 or 3 months and with that we can go to india and come back. Is that true? If not, can you tell me when it is possible to go to india and come back to US.
