I am going to apply for the green card. I have never worked in the US for some american employer, organization and etc because I lived here on the B2 visitor visa status. The problem is that before I came to America I was employed in my country (for my foreign employer) and formaly I left employed as a freelancer while I lived in the US. In fact I had a vacation and didn't do any work here. Can the USCIS take this fact as I worked in Amerika not authorized in my status? Should I mention this informaton in my application?
