Apply for EAD, Seattle Local office or NSC

My 485 has just passed 180 days and I need to apply EAD to secure my case. should I apply it thru INS local office(Seattle) or thru NSC? my h1 is expiring in 3 month and I need to get this quick.

Have you already filed I-485 wth Seattle office or with NSC? Did you submit the 765 and the I131 at the same time? Anyone out there that has had experience, please post your messages
