My husband's I-485 or AOS is pending. He has been working on EAD. his EAD will be going to expire by 14-January-2011. he has advance Parole valid till April 2011. he is out of USA currently and he can not go back to USA till March 2011 due to some personal problems. He wants apply for EAD renewal while he is staying out OF USA.
1) can he apply EAD renewal while he is staying out of USA?
