Apply for Canadian PR - with or without spouse?

Hi,

Can someone provide me advise on where to find more info on filing for the Canadian PR under skilled worker category with vs without a spouse.

Is it faster to apply as a spouse or will it be easy still to apply for my spouse after I get the approved Canadian PR?
