Apply for Advance Parole without EAD?

Hi,

My priority date is current, I am thinking of applying for Advance Parole but don't have a need for EAD at this time. My attorney tells me that it is not possible to apply for Advance Parole without applying for EAD. Is this correct?

Your attorney is not correct.

My 485 was filed first. Two months later AP was filed. Three months later EAD was filed.

Your attorney is wrong. I just applied AP without EAD while filing I-485.

Your attorney is 100% wrong. You can file AP without EAD or vice versa. I think its time to change your attorney. May be she tries to suck more money out of you.
