I am on I-485 pending(TSC) stage and got married recently. She is on H-4. I have switched to another employer after the 180 days which is in California.
Can I apply for my spouse's 485 in CSC, as that is faster?
Do I have to apply only at TSC?
Can I use another lawyer for the spouse's application? Is there any risk with that?
