hello all,
I passed my interview in Feb,08 and up to today, I have not received my conditional gc yet. I went to the immigration in LA and they stamp on my passport which is only 3 months. As I know that, I have to waive my conditional gc late of this year, and i would like to know that since I have not received my actual gc card, is this going to affect my to apply my permanent gc process? I have already filed to replacement of my conditional gc and had my fingerprint done, but still, I have not received anything from them.
 
If I were you, I would take an info pass and speak to someone about the situation and get a condition GC. Since you got your 1485 approved in feb 08, you will not need to work on the removal process until oct of 2009. I think you should still get an info pass and check with them as to whats going on.
