My I-485 got interviewd but still pending due to name check. I need EAD and AP for travel. I was told by someone that I need to file applications with the local office, not the VSC.
Does anyone have experience on this? Do I need to use INFOPASS to get an interview for this? What is the comman procedure for this? Can I still use the E-Filling for the EAD?
