I have a question for experts here. My case was transferred to local a few days ago. My case is NIW. I am on H1. Now y coompany is being sold. Just in case, I want to apply for EAD (never applied before). Can i apply for it now? if I can, how long will it take to get aproved? where should I apply? Vermont or local?
