Apply Before Dv Number

Hello, I am one of the lucky (or unlucly) ones in this pyramid of AOS.

With the DV can u send all your forms before your cutoff number? wouldn't that disqualify you?


One more question that is so bothering me. What r these people in the last winning numbers do? They are so giving people false hope.


The whole process is unfair. I am in Ny and sent my AOS to chicago. I am still waiting....... It should be easier for people already in the us but it is the opposite, it so easier for people oversea and i paid over 1500 dollars already

none of that happenned. i did send out aos to chicago and still waiting. My number is very high,among the last one. I just wanted to know if it is safe to send out the aos before your number cut off month has arrived
