iam a canadina citizen workin in US on Tn visa, we recently had adaughter she is born heere in US.
so we want to apply for her passport(US) ,
ihave certain questions regading that
1.where to apply for her passport.
2can we apply canadin passport also for her since she is born to canadina father.
3.does she needs a visa to visit india, if so what visa she needs?
4.or do we have to make POI card for her.
any response is highly appreciated.

Local post office .All you need is both parents to be present and birth certificate
2can we apply canadin passport also for her since she is born to canadina father.
Yes.
3.does she needs a visa to visit india, if so what visa she needs?
Yes,Visitor
4.or do we have to make POI card for her.
Yes you can is one of the parent is former Indian citizen.OCI would be better and cheaper way to go.But its preference.
