Appling I-485 while on OPT

Hi All,

My wife is in OPT and it is valid till December 31, 2007. Her H1 is still pending.
I filled 1- 485 and 765 for both of us. Will there be any problem? I read somewhere that F1- I 485 can raise issues of inherent fraud??
