Hi i am in india having H1B and my wife got her H4 we are planing to travel some time in May 2007, and my employer is willing to sponcer H1 to my wife in April 2007
My Questions are
1) Can she apply her H1 from india and travel to US on H4 before H1 approval
2) Can she start working in US from October 2007 on Approved H1
3) Is she need to go for a stampping before working in US ?
4) Can she attend visa stamping in Canada or mexico ?
Experts please help in this regards .. i need to plan accordingly
