Hi,
I was laid off and given 10 days on H1. So, submitted H4 application since spouse is on H1. After applying(10 days ago),now been offered a job.Can apply for H1 visa transfer, and withdraw H4 application ?
 
yes, you can withdraw the H4 application. Jim Mills had a post earlier on withdrawing applications.
