Hi, Im Philippine national married to American. Im currently in Kuwait and my husband petition me for spouse visa in US. We recently got married March 2013 here in Kuwait Court.
But before we got married this year, on year 2011 we meet a person who wants to help our marriage process faster. After a month, she gave us our marriage contract. According to the marriage contract, our marriage took place in Philippines on December 2010 and it was late registered. We refuse to accept the paper ( marriage contract ) coz its fake, even it is not us who sign the marriage contract. Me and my husband never travel to Philippines that year to get married.
So we decided to get a real marriage here in Kuwait on March 2013 at Kuwait Court.
My husband already sent the petition to USCIS on May 2013 for my spouse visa. We use our Kuwait marriage since Philippine marriage is not real.
Now the problem is, it shows in Philippine National Statistic Record that we got married twice. One in Philippines 2010 and one in Kuwait on 2013. We lost contact to the person who register our fake marriage at Philippine National Statistic.
I need an advice what we have do not to delay the processing.
