Hi guys,

i got approval today... My appl. was sent on 01/22 from my lawyer.
Got our receipt date on 02/02
Got our approval today i.e. 03/15.

My EAC# start as..... EAC-02-094-5####

what do you mean by rd is 2/2.. your EAC is 02 94 xx which means AVM should say that your case was received on 1/25

whats your category ?

did you hear your approval on the AVM right now ? Does it say approved on 3/15 ?

Hi,

i don\'t know all the details.... but my lawyer called me today and said
my I-140 got approved. R.D. means Receipt Date.
So I am not thinking anything else.

Yes. he told today that he got the news from INS today only.
