applied I485 ,company being sold to another company..what to do?

our company being sold to another company ,we are in I485,finished finger prints..
EB3,INDIA,RD is July 03,2001..
do we need to do anything ,notify INS .can you please is it going to delay the process
in anyway?Thanks.

as long as your position is same with the current employer.....
