My case (PD05/00, CSC, China) is:
got EB2 I-140 approval notice while LC is on EB3.
My lawyer would not tell me whether the error is caused by INS or
maybe originally by the lawyer who marked a wrong place.
In June, EB3 will be current, the lawyer working for my company says
I am eligible to file I-485 for EB3.
When I asked the lawyer whether the mistake on I-140 approval for EB2
(should be EB3) would cause future problem, he did not answer.
I read discussions on this web site and immihelp.com, but still
have a doubt, any advice and input are very appreciated.
Should I go ahead with filing I-485 with EB3 or need do something??
