Applied for U.S. citizenship in the past, is it considered an immigration proceeding?

Hello everybody.

On form I-130 they ask you if you have been under immigration proceedings before.
If you applied for U.S. citizenship is that considered an immigration prodeeding?
Just wondering.

No, immigration proceedings means when you are subject to removal or deportation.
Are you filing a petition for a relative? It's that so, the question is about your relative not you.
