Applied for the Passport but

I applied for the passport and paid Expidition fee ($ 60 extra) but when I check the status ONLINE, it gives me my application number and tells me that I requested routine servive (4-6 weeks). What is going on there? Do I need to call them? Please advice

Yeah the online system is not very accurate, but call them up so atleast if there is a error they can fix it. I got my Passport a week ago and online status says it is still being processed.
