Applied for PR at Buffalo, moving back home

Hi, I need advice. I applied to Buffalo for PR and received AOR in December 2006. I am currently on H1B in the US. Because of my job situation, I may have to leave the US to go back to my home country. Does anyone know what happens to my Buffalo PR application? Does it get transferred to my home country? I would preferable like to avoid that because the processing time is longer there.

Please help!

Thank you.

Notify CIC

Unless you noticy the CIC, the case will not be transferred from the center you applied for. So pl notify the CIC center to the country where you are moving . Then the case will be transfered to your home contry .It will start process there onwards.

Wish you all the best

Thank you Vizkiz. Do I have to notify CIC if I move back to my home country? I would rather not have the case transferred to my home country because it will take many years. Also, if I don't notify CIC, and I am not living in the US anymore, does that mean that I am not technically not allowed to have the case processed in Buffalo?

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
