My company applied for my labor in the conventional method in June 2004. But then the backlog center concept was introduced and the application was sent to one of the backlog centers. Then we applied for labor under the PERM process, in June 2005 which in turn got approved and we applied for I-140 which got recently approved.
I have not received the I-140 in a paper form but got an email from USCIS. My question is, will my priority date be the one based on my labor applied in 2005 or the previous one which was applied in 2004?
