Could anyone experience this situation, pls help me!
I'm having valid H1 visa upto 15th Jan 2004. My wife is having H4 visa of my previous employer which is valid upto 29th June 2003. My lawyer applied for her H4 extension and still it's in pending status.
Due to some personal reason, she has to go to India next month. since her I-94 is expired and she will leave the country, is there any problem in getting the visa stamping in India?
