applied for h1 after aproval do i need to go out for stamping

hello everyone

i am presenly on opt and applied for h1 for year 2005. after my aproval do i need to go out of country for stamping or is there anyway. i dont know much about this.

i also saw some of the postings about perm procesing. can i or my employer can apply for this for me or do i need to hold my h1 for certain years?

any suggestion or opinion will be appreciated, thanks in advance
