my spouse ead expires nov 7th .we applied for renewal on sep 17.
she worked for 4 months and is presently unemployed.
should i hurry as she may not get a job so soon or should i go to local INS and get the EAD?
WIll it be a problem if she does not get EAD before expiry date and in the meantime I am called for Approval of GC?
