HI My attorney sent my Paper work(I-140/I-485, IN ONE PACKET, CONCURRENT PROCESSING) to USCIS.
USCIS people took I-140 first and sent me RECEIPT Number, then I-485 Department got the paper work and they did not see the I-140 Receipt and they sent my I-485 paper work back to attorney.
My attorney sent paper work again with the explanation letter saying we sent paper work together with I -140 receipt.
So are they going to consider my case as CONCURRENT FILING by looking at the explanation letter or they process the papers saperately.
Does it make any difference in CONCURRENT FILING and filing saperately
I did not know much about this prcessing, this is the first time i came in to this kind of immigration forum.
