I am in crucial position.
My mother-in-law visited us and got I-94 upto August end. We applied for extension in July since wanted to stay till November. We sent our original I-94 alongwith Extension application. But recently due to ill health of Family member we want to travel.
What are our options?
She does not have original I-94 (we have copy) and Visa is expired.
