Applied EB3/I-140/I-485 after Dec 31, 2004

Anyone applied I-1485 ( or I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ) after Dec 31, 2004 for a EB3 substitution LC with ( priority date before Jan 1 2002 ) and got their application receipt or EAD itself?

You know what I am asking right? Just want to know if INS accepts I-485/EAD applications for subsitute LC with Priority Date before Jan 2002.
