Applied AP online-No Receipt notice yet

I applied for AP online on july 20th. AFter submitting the form online, I didnt get the receipt notice. I got the message 'there was a problem in processing your application' with the status to 'Action needed'.
But after a week, they charged my credit card and till today, I havent heard from them or received any notice for my AP application.

please suggest what to do?
does anyone faced this same problem?
please advice.

I eFiled AP on June 1st at NSC and never got the paper receipt, the credit card was charged after 6 weeks, its still not approved.

In my case there was no errors but at that time their online receipt had instructions to go to Application Support Center and get the biometrics done. Its seems they have modified it and you are no longer required to go for that just send the photos by post.
