My name is Diego my Case is Located in Orlando Florida.. i think so..?
I485 Notice Date: 01/08/2004 ASC Code 3 <-- What means..?
I765 Notice Date:01/08/2004 ASC Code 2 <-- I don't know Code 2?
Figer printed for that 03/18/2004
Never Received Employment Card
now on 2005 Received Again
I485 Reciv: 05/25/2005 Code 1 <-- Code 1 now
I765 Reciv: 05/26/2005 ASC Code2 <--- ...??
1. Can some body explain to me what this code means.
2. At this time i don't know how many time do i have to wait for my Interview my office is Orlando, FL
3. My Wife is in Jail i have a Crystal clean Criminal Record i have never been pull over by cop for a traffic violation. My wife is the U,S Citizen she can't go with me fot the interview she has expend 2 years in jail and i think probably i have the interview before she get out from jail.. that afect my case..?

ASC code 1 is for your 10 finger fingerprints. This is typically for your i485
ASC code 2 is Biometrics. Thats your thumbprint, picture and signature. Typically for your i765
ASC code 3 is for both of the above reasons (consolidated into one)

When you call and say you have a code 1 and 2 appointment the NCSC will schedule you a code 3 appointment which will cove both.

There are no set times for getting your interview and I dont know if your wife's being in jail will effect you. No comment there.
