Can anyone tell me, or tell me where to find the following information: Having been waiting for the 60 day SWA work order to expire my employer is submitting my online PERM application online (I already work for them but the job has had to be readvertisied to meet the requirements). The online submittal date will be September 6th, can anyone tell me how long it takes to get online PERM approval or not, how long it take to get the I-140 approval (or not) and how to find out how long the wait is for an EB3 visa for a citizen on the Unitd Kingdom. I looked on the Department of Trade web site but I can only see a Bulletin for 2005 and that showed a C for current in the employment based visa category for citizens of UK - what does current mean and is that the most up to date bulletin? Thanks - I am currently on a J2 visa with a work permit all expiring in March next year.
