My lawyer sent my I485/EAD/AP applications to Texas Service Center instead of Nebraska Service Center where my I140 is pending.
My question is, what kind of troubles should I expect:
1) Will my application get rejected for sending to wrong service center?
2) Will they retain the application and the receipt date will be that of receiving at Texas center?
2) Will my notice date be delayed?
3) Will they internally move my application from TSC to NSC and if yes, in how many days/months - anyone has any experience here?
4) Any other things you can think of?
