I am seeking some information here. My case was filed from Wisconsin and was approved by the state. In August of 2004, it was received by the Regional Center, which in my case is Chicago. Chicago sent the application to Dallas backlog Center.
Now we are awaiting the 45 day letter from Dallas. My attorney says it could be another 2-3 years before the labor application is approved. Can this be real? I mean 2-3 years just for labor sounds like a century to me.....
Does anyone have any idea as to when can I expect my labor approval given the circumstances.....
