application receipt number.

Hi all!
I received I-797C,Notice of Action today.
When I tried to check on-line my case status I put the aplication number (NBC*---------).Then the system said:"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again."
What is happening????
Why I can not check my case status???

I think you need to wait for a couple of days. I am also not able to find my application#
